Clinic Services
Clinical preventive health services include medical, nursing, nutrition, social education and social education and environmental interventions designed to assist individuals and communities in obtaining and maintaining an optimal level of wellness. Most services are provided for a nominal fee, but some services are based on income and number in the household. No person is
turned away for their inability to pay.

Screenings:
· HIV Testing – Confidential or anonymous counseling and testing services · STD Testing – Testing, treatment, and counseling is available for any person concerned about sexually transmitted diseases. · Diabetes, anemia, tuberculosis, newborn metabolic screening, hypertension, and cholesterol – Most screenings are based on a sliding fee scale or charged at a flat rate.
· Flu - Influenza · Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B · W hooping Cough, Chicken Pox, Diphtheria, Polio· Measles, Mumps, Rubella
· Tetanus
TB Services: · TB Skin Test · TB Clinic for those who have positive skin tests
Adult Physicals: · Physical Assessments for employees of a non-profit agency at a contracted fee.
EPSDT – Early Periodic Screening Diagnosis Treatment· Physicals for children who are Medicaid eligible at no charge · Physicals performed on a yearly basis to detect vision, hearing, growth, and development. · For more information, contact the health department at 821-5242.
